COVID-19 RESPONSE PLAN

Being outside fishing in the fresh salty air is something we have all missed. Our family is so excited to be able to share that with you again! While we go through the phases we ALL have to adhere to the CDC & DOH requirements. The boat will be cleaned/disinfected daily, as well as extra disinfecting in frequently touched areas throughout the day. Bring Your Own Mask: Everyone must wear a mask/face covering when it is not possible to maintain a 6ft distance from others, such as walking through the marina, boarding, moving around the boat, & in the galley & bathrooms. There are marked assigned spots at the rail ( see diagram below ) - all 6ft apart, while in your 6ft area you can remove your mask if you would like. There are sinks in the bathrooms with antibacterial soap. We also have hand sanitizer for all to use, you are welcome to bring your own too. As always only crew members can touch the nets & gaffs. When you need help from a crew member they will have a mask on, please do the same when possible.

Payments will be made onboard prior to leaving the dock so no one has to line up in the galley. We are starting the season with 30 marked spots for a limit of 30 anglers, so you must call us for a reservation #631-668-1545. Reservations will be made by phone, held with your credit card information. If you are a no-show your credit card will be charged, so if you have to cancel your reservation please call at least 24 hours prior to the trip so we can try to give your spot to another angler. Due to us being limited to 30 passengers per trip, numbered fishing spots at the rail will be reserved, this ensures everyone to have a 6 ft distance from one another. The spots will be reserved by a first call first serve basis, please refer to the diagram for numbered spots.  If you wake up with symptoms of COVID-19 please stay home & call to let us know, you will not be charged.

Do NOT come out fishing if:

  1. you've knowingly been in close or proximate contact in the past 14 days with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who has or had symptoms of COVID-19
  2. you've tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or
  3. you've experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days

We look forward to fishing with you, but please stay home if you are sick.

These are the policies we are opening with and hopefully will be eased as summer goes on, some policies are TEMPORARY and subject to change.  If you have questions please give us a call we look forward to fishing with you!
